Emergency QR
A QR sticker that shows an emergency doctor your blood group, allergies, conditions and medication — and records every look.
What this is
In an emergency, the person treating you does not know you. The Emergency QR carries what matters — blood group, allergies, chronic conditions, current medication, an emergency contact — and puts it one scan away. Access to the full record is restricted to registry-verified doctors who must state a reason, and you are notified every time it is opened.
One scan, no login
A doctor scans the code and sees the critical summary immediately. There is no share code to remember and no app to install.
Verified access only
The full record opens only for a registry-verified doctor with a stated reason. Every access is logged and you are notified.
One slot per person
Slots are bought as a wallet and assigned to family members. Your first slot is free.
How it works
The same service seen from each desk it passes through. Pick the one you sit at.
You want your family covered before an emergency happens, not after.
- 1
Open Emergency QR
The overview shows your slots — how many you hold and who is using them.
- 2
Buy slots if you need more
Slots are bought as a one-time top-up per person and never expire. Every family starts with a free slot.
- 3
Assign a slot to a person
Pick the family member the QR belongs to.
- 4
Fill in the clinical card
Blood group, allergies, chronic conditions, current medication, emergency contact. This is the whole value of the product — an empty card helps nobody.
- 5
Generate the QR
Download it, print it, put it in a wallet, on a phone case or on a fridge.
- 6
Watch the access log
Every scan is recorded with who opened it and why. You are notified when it happens.
- 7
Revoke if needed
Revoking kills the code instantly; generating a new one issues a fresh token.
What it costs
A one-time price per slot — the first one free
Slots are bought as a wallet top-up (₹199 per slot by default) rather than a subscription, so they do not renew and do not expire. Every family gets a free first slot, and buying slots never affects any other plan you hold.
Worth knowing
- A QR with an empty clinical card is worthless — filling it in is the product.
- The public scan shows only the critical summary; the full record needs a registry-verified doctor and a reason.
- Every access is logged and notified. There is no silent look.
- Revocation is immediate; a new QR gets a new code and the old one stops working.
- Slots are per person and do not expire.
Common questions
What if someone scans it who is not a doctor?
They see only the emergency summary — the information you would want a stranger to have if they found you unconscious. The full record needs verification.
Do slots renew?
No. A slot is a one-time purchase and stays yours.
Can I have one for each family member?
Yes — one slot per person, assigned from your wallet.
