What this is
A package is bought once and then applies automatically at checkout for everyone on the account. Packages are built and priced by the platform and billed through the subscription service; you hold one active package at a time, and it never conflicts with the standalone products — Emergency QR and the Health Vault are sold separately and are held alongside it.

Open Subscription Plans. Each package lists what it includes, what it saves and what it costs monthly or annually.

Pay through Razorpay. The subscription activates once the payment is verified.

My Subscription shows what is active, what is left of any quota, and when it renews.

Renewal is handled by the billing system; you can change or cancel from My Subscription.

Worth knowing
- One active package at a time — Emergency QR and Health Vault are separate products and are held in addition to it.

Common questions
Does a package include the Health Vault?
No. The vault is sold on its own plan so that buying a package never disturbs it, and vice versa.
Can I change package mid-term?
Yes, from My Subscription; billing prorates through the subscription service.
