Book a video consultation with a verified doctor, join the call from the browser, and get a prescription in your account afterwards.
What this is
Consultations are slot-based and paid up front. You pick a doctor, pick a free slot from their calendar, pay the consultation fee, and join the video call from the same page. Anything the doctor prescribes lands under My Prescriptions and can be taken straight to Medicines.
Verified doctors only
Doctors are onboarded through the provider portal and approved by the platform before they can take bookings.
Join in the browser
The call runs in the page — nothing to install. The join window opens 10 minutes before the slot.
Prescription in the loop
What the doctor writes becomes a prescription record you can fill through Medicines.
How it works

Choose a doctor
Browse by specialty. Each profile shows qualifications, experience and the consultation fee.

Pick a slot
The calendar shows the doctor's genuinely free slots for the day you choose.

Pay the fee
The booking is confirmed by the payment gateway's signature — an unpaid booking never becomes a confirmed one.

Join the call
The Join button becomes live 10 minutes before the slot and stays live for an hour after it. Same window the server enforces.

Consult
Talk to the doctor over video. Share any reports you already hold in the app.

Collect the prescription
The prescription appears under My Prescriptions — viewable, printable, and fillable at a partner pharmacy.

Cancel if you must
A booking can be cancelled with a reason before the slot; refund terms follow the platform's cancellation policy.
What it costs
Patient pays the doctor's consultation fee at booking
The fee is set per doctor and shown on their profile. It is captured through Razorpay and the booking is confirmed only after the signature verifies.
Worth knowing
- The join window is 10 minutes before to 60 minutes after the slot — the server enforces it, so a very early or very late join is refused.
- A stable connection and a browser with camera and microphone permission are required.
- Consultations are not for emergencies. In an emergency, use the Emergency QR and go to a hospital.
Common questions
What if the doctor does not join?
Raise it from the booking; the fee is refundable when the doctor does not attend.
Can I get a repeat prescription?
That is the doctor's clinical decision, made in the consultation.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. The call runs in the mobile app and in a mobile browser.
