Your records
My Prescriptions
Every prescription your ScanSureX doctors have written — view it, print it, or fill it at a partner pharmacy.
What this is
A prescription written in a consultation becomes a record in your account rather than a photograph on your phone. From here it can be printed for a walk-in pharmacy or carried straight into Medicines, where the pharmacist reviews it before a prescription-only medicine ships.
Written, not photographed
Prescriptions issued on the platform are structured records with the prescribing doctor attached.
One tap to fill
A prescription here can be used directly when ordering medicines.
Reviewed before dispensing
The pharmacist reviews it independently — the record does not bypass the clinical check.
How it works
The same service seen from each desk it passes through. Pick the one you sit at.
You have just consulted a doctor, or need to re-read what you were prescribed.
