Nursing Care
Book a trained nurse at home through a verified agency — the platform matches and protects, the agency delivers the care.
What this is
Nursing Care is a matching service, not a staffing agency. You describe what you need, an agency accepts, and the platform holds your contact details until a booking fee is paid — which is what stops the marketplace being bypassed. From there the agency assigns a specific nurse and the booking runs through to completion and your review.
Agencies are verified
Every agency is document-checked and approved by the platform before it can accept a booking.
Your details stay private
The agency gets your contact only after the booking fee is paid and confirmed.
A named nurse
The agency assigns a specific nurse to the booking, with a gender preference you can state up front.
How it works
The same service seen from each desk it passes through. Pick the one you sit at.
Someone at home needs a nurse — post-operative care, injections, elderly care.
- 1
Describe the need
Open Nursing Care, choose an agency, and state the care required, the preferred nurse gender and any notes.
- 2
Wait for a match
The booking sits in matching until the agency accepts it.
- 3
Pay the booking fee
Once accepted, the platform booking fee becomes payable. Paying it is what releases your contact details to the agency.
- 4
Consultation
The agency calls you to work out the schedule and the nursing fee — that fee is between you and the agency.
- 5
Nurse assigned
The agency assigns a named nurse to the booking. You see who is coming.
- 6
Service runs
The agency marks the service started, then completed, as care is delivered.
- 7
Confirm and review
You confirm completion, which closes the booking, and leave a rating and comments.
What it costs
You pay ScanSureX a booking fee; you pay the agency for the care
The platform charges a fixed booking fee (₹499 by default) which unlocks the introduction. The nursing fee itself is agreed with and collected by the agency — ScanSureX does not take a cut of it.
Worth knowing
- The agency cannot see your phone number or address until the booking fee is paid and confirmed.
- The nursing fee is negotiated directly with the agency during the consultation call; it is not shown at booking.
- Only nurses registered with the agency can be assigned, and the assignment is visible to you.
- The booking is not closed until you confirm completion.
Common questions
What does the booking fee buy?
The match and the introduction — a verified agency that has accepted your case, with the platform holding the record.
Can I ask for a female nurse?
Yes. Gender preference is part of the booking request and goes to the agency with it.
What if the nurse does not turn up?
Raise it on the booking. The state machine shows what the agency claimed and when, and the platform adjudicates.
