Doctor
Consult ScanSureX patients over video and issue digital prescriptions that reach them the moment you sign them.
What this is
You keep your own calendar and your own fee. ScanSureX brings the patient, takes the payment before the slot, and puts the call and the prescription pad in one browser tab. Registry verification is done once and then every prescription you write carries its signature block automatically — there is no per-prescription signing step.
Your calendar, your fee
Patients can only book the slots you open, at the consultation fee on your profile.
Verify once, sign never again
ABDM registry verification builds your signature block into every prescription — no drawing, no uploading, no extra click.
Paid before you dial
The fee is captured and verified before the booking is confirmed, so you never chase it.
How it works
Joining, then working, then what ScanSureX checks. Pick where you are.
You are a doctor joining the platform, in the provider portal on port 3003.
- 1
Register
Name, email and phone is all it takes to create the account. You can look around immediately; you cannot take bookings yet.
- 2
Upload your credentials
Medical degree, licence or ID proof. This is what a ScanSureX administrator reads.
- 3
Wait for approval
Approval — not registration — is what makes you visible to patients. An unapproved profile appears in no search.
- 4
Verify with the registry
Enter your HPR ID once. The registry confirms your name, registration number, council and system of medicine, and that becomes the signature on everything you prescribe. Your HPR ID is stored as a credential and shown masked even back to you.
- 5
Publish availability
Open slots on your calendar. An empty calendar means no bookings, however approved you are.
What it costs
You set the consultation fee; ScanSureX collects it at booking
The fee shown on your profile is charged through Razorpay when the patient books, and the booking is only confirmed once the gateway's signature verifies.
Worth knowing
- Registration is not approval — an unapproved doctor is invisible to patients.
- The join window (10 minutes before, 60 minutes after) is enforced server-side; joining far too early or too late is refused.
- Registry verification is what removes manual signing. Until it is done, prescriptions have no automatic signature block.
- Online consultations can only prescribe medicines cleared for telemedicine.
- Consultations are not an emergency service, and the platform tells patients so.
Common questions
Can I set different fees for different slot types?
The fee is per doctor and shown on your profile; patients see it before they book.
What if the patient does not join?
Mark the booking accordingly with a reason. The record shows what happened and when.
Do I have to use the video tool?
Yes — the call runs in the portal so the booking, the call and the prescription stay attached to one record.
