Consult with patients over video and issue digital prescriptions.

Your name, email and phone to start. Before you can take bookings, upload a medical degree, licence or ID proof.
Radiologist
Read scans sent by partner hospitals and sign the report that reaches the patient.
Have ready
Your name, email and a password, verified by an email code. Then your primary specialty, the modalities you read, years of experience, and your certification number and issuing authority. A ScanSureX administrator verifies the certification before cases are assigned.
Nursing agency
Staff home-care visits with your own trained nurses.
Have ready
Agency name, registration number and the area you cover.
Apply, then we onboard you
You apply here and a ScanSureX administrator reviews it. Once accepted your portal opens and a guided onboarding runs: documents, branches, integration, pricing, then go-live.
Hospital or diagnostic centre
Send scans to ScanSureX radiologists and get reports back into your own system.
Have ready
Organization name, city, official email and phone, and the modalities you run. Compliance documents (clinical establishment licence, radiology certification, GST) are uploaded after you are accepted.
Licence and documents
A licence number at sign-up, then documents uploaded once you are in. Trading opens after they are checked.
Pharmacist
Review digital prescriptions before they are dispensed.
Have ready
Council registration number, the issuing state council, its expiry date and your qualification.
Chemist
Stock and fulfil medicine orders placed in the app.
Have ready
Drug licence number and expiry. Then your drug licence, GST certificate, PAN card and address proof.
Distributor
Supply pharmacies wholesale, and handle batches and recalls.
Have ready
Wholesale licence number and expiry. Then the licence itself, GST certificate and PAN card.
Retail pharmacy
Dispense ScanSureX prescriptions over your counter.
Have ready
Pharmacy name, owner name and full address, plus the shop's drug licence number and expiry.
Equipment vendor
Rent out oxygen concentrators, beds, wheelchairs and more.
Have ready
Business name, GST number, address and mobile. You verify email and mobile by OTP, then upload a business licence and GST certificate.
